I guess old is a relative word... I have had two Gran Premios. One was from around 1959 or '60 (silver paint), and one was from around 1961 (blue paint). They only differed with the brakes. One had Universal 51 side pulls and the other (later) had the Universal 61 center pulls (also had the rear hanger bolted on the back of the seat tube as shown in The Data Book). The Gran Premio was one model down from the top model, the Olympiad (the Olympics were held in Rome in 1960). The Olympiad had a pinch bolt and slot cut underneath and on the front of the seat lug. The Gran Premio had a much cooler cylindrical binder also in front and underneath the seat lug without the slot. The cylindrical binder did tend to _really_ gouge up the seat post though.
