Bill- I agree with you folks, its one strange duck. Not a colnago, just a strange duck. What the heck is a bicycle crankcase anyway? A Sugino embossed crank arm had a three point crown logo. Is this the "W/M crankcase" issue? I have never heard of a Colnago "Ex Pro". What the heck is it? The geometry is like no Colnago that I have ever seen. Also, what the heck is the "hand-painted" issue the seller is referring to? In any case, the seller seams to be an active one. Dave A.
