There is a place about an hour north of Mesa called "All Bikes" -- sort of bike junkyard. I was up browsing around and saw something that seemed to be branded "Colnago" and from the components it looked to be 60s. Except for the name there was nothing else to indicate that this bike was a Colnago. The badge was a flattened oval with the name written across it in script. The all-important third letter was either a short "L" or an "R" with a very fancy loop. In the end, after another trip back up there to look at it again I decided it must be a "Cornago" because it didn't seem to be a Colnago.

Wasn't Colnago just getting started in the late 50s early 60s? Why would anyone want to make an imitation? Or is this some obscure brand which has nothing to do with Colnago?
