Actually Carl, Dale's hubs were not "adulterated/modified" because the second version of the Cinelli Bivalent hub, the "one piece" aluminum hub version, came stock with a oil clip on the barrel of the hub. The earlier "three piece" steel barrel and alloy flange version did not come with a oil clip.
