I own one of Rik Van Looy's Learco Guerra (I am assuming you meant to spell it ending in an "A") track bikes. This bike is pretty much untouched since Van Looy rode six day races on it. While it is not a road bike, I am assuming the decals and painting scheme would be at least similar, if not identical, to the road frames. This frame may be later than what you are looking for but if you are interested let me know and I will get you some digital photos.
