Do you mean the cassette hub freehub body? The pawl tool is available from several mail order sources. In a pinch you could make one from a large paperclip. Just find some shaft or tube of similar size to the OD of the pawl carrier. Use as a mandrel and wrap the unfolded clip around it, crossing the ends somewhat. Remove and pull the ends apart a little more to put enough set in it to pinch the pawls. Add additional bends to match original as desired. Await cease and desist letter from Campagnolo citing patent infringement. Spend long hours incarcerated trying to bend tool back into a usable paperclip.
