This is the same seller who offered the Cinelli Laser track frame that mysteriously disappeared before reaching the end of bidding. He also sold the 'rare' (one of three sets!) Campagnolo Delta brakes. He continuously offers up new items. Some very interesting but the descriptions are always rather fantastical. BTW, the brakes are also missing the dome nuts.
