I'm the seller of the Maxicar hubs in this case. I live in Singapore and I don't want to deal with credit cards from overseas.
If you read the description, I did say "Paypal (cash account only. No credit card types) preferred"
Maybe I should have used the term "checking account" instead of cash. Or arranged the words differently.
But what was so hard to understand?
