Hard to say for sure from the photos, but probably not. If those are the normal #818 granny-gear chainring bolts, then no, it wouldn't work in that configuration, because there wouldn't be enough room between middle and small rings to have chains running on both at the same time.

This looks like a normal Campy triple #1049/5, a not too uncommon part to find still.
