Subject: [CR]Seatpost Setback Problem (Tom Nyzio)

I'm riding a mid-1970's Masi Gran Criterium (the same B-7819 that was in one of the catalogs) and I can't seem to slide my saddle back enough. The rail design of the Brooks doesn't allow it to slide back as far as other brands. I've modified (with the help of a bench grinder) the clamps on a Nuovo Record seatpost and it works to some degree, but am not entirely satisfied with the results. Is there another post available that has more setback and won't look terribly out of place on the bike?

Thanks in advance.
