Bless you Dave! The catalog (340 pgs), as you said, is more or less a time capsule of what racers were using in the early 1950s.

This is the truly epic era of Gino Bartali and Fausto Coppi post WWII and should be everyone's next period to concentrate on after they have become jaded with collecting and riding 1970s era bicycles we all love.

Everyone should buy a copy for themselves and one for a friend ;) (It's going to take quite a while for Steven and I to recoup our investment.)
