How convenient that there are no close up pics of the dropouts. If I were claiming NOS, I would offer macro shots of the dropouts to show no bite marks, and also macros of the brake mounting surfaces on bridge and fork (star nuts leave good witness marks). In general, I would be leery of any seller that makes claims and doesn't provide many detailed pics.

Could this be an early 1970s? Maybe it's more mid-70s, or later?? In general when did the braze-on down tube shift bosses (spelling?) begin to appear?
