While we're on this subject, just why is a bottom bracket called a bottom bracket ? Why not, crank axle assembly, or ??? How did it get to be called a bottom bracket (and conversely, the bottom bracket shell for that matter). I can understand bottom to some degree, but bracket ???
As for on topic, keep your eyes open I should have a nearly new Nuovo Record (I think) bottom bracket for sale soon.
