Yo Bob -

I have not seen a Cinelli in the dark grey (as opposed to silver mist) but my VERY FAVE Cinelli SC, just a shade too small for me at 58 cm, was in fact chrome dropouts and lugs only, no fork blades or rear stays, and yes it is a nice, very distinguished look.

Please chase the rider down and GET THAT SERIAL NUMBER off the BB!!!!

Thanks and regards from

I saw a very nice original CINELLI SC today which intregues me as it had almost 0 chrome, looked like just dropouts. The bike was a dark gray not silver as I had expected.Any ideas? were they available by order this way?I have always seen the lugs and fork crowns chromed.
