The Modas are way cool IMO too - I resisted ATBs pretty well until, after buying a 1988 Santana Elan tandem and being on Santana's "mailing list" for a few years, I got a flyer about the Modas - wow! Fillet-brazed multi-shaped Columbus Nivacrome tubing - where do I sign up?

I bought a his-n-hers pair of Plum Metallic framesets - 17" and 20" - built them up, and then we didn't didn't ride 'em all that much - we're just diehard roadies I guess....

Anyone interested in buying one or two Deore XT equipped low-mileage purple Modas, please contact me off-list.

Cheers,
