Steven- Yes indeed, this is the first generation Record front derailluer. The "cage fixation bolt [nut]" may not be missing as I have seen the bolt "swaged" flat to keep the bolt from coming out. To make an additionally confusing comment, I have seen these bolts have a slotted screw at the other end, instead of the hex-head present on this derailluer and its off spring.
