Stratton,

One other little thing about the run down worthless Pogliaghi on eBay. The seller states that the frame is "hand signed" by Sante. Forgivable impression for people to have. The fact is it is a decal. All the "classic" (and many "American Classic") framebuilders had signature decals with their sets. They are varnish fix decals that look very much like it was hand signed. No big deal.
