Remember the "lost dog" posters searching for "Lucky" the 3-legged blind dog? Do I have the counterpart for you, but it's all there:

Stella (French). French Columbus decal for tubes and fork. Original bluish paint and decals with exquisitly well-developed patina. Used to have some modest chrome. Campy vertical drops, 56 cm center-to-top; 54 cm top tube. ACEB (All Campy except brakes). Pat. 74 Nuovo Record, circlip NR front w/o lip. Crank arm dust covers, cable clamps, and all other steel parts are frankly rusty ("surface discoloration"). Did I mention "patina?" But the wheels (Tipo HF) run fairly true, although the rusty straight skewers might muss your white cycling gloves. Cinelli stem (pretty short) with fairly narrow TTT bars. Nitor-looking formerly padded saddle. Might be metric tubing: takes 26.2 Campy 2-bolt post.

$200 plus shipping. Would happily dicker about frameset only to a Francophile, since the only value the bike has to me is reclaiming the parts. But I can't parts it out w/o trying to find that one person in a million for whom this was the youthful lust object. I respect that (after all, I did just restore a 65 Sears Ted Williams Sport Racing with Campy Record derailleurs. Ah! the Stella has blue downtube shift lever covers!
