Have you checked for thread damage -- do your dropouts accept other Campagnolo derailleurs? My Rally originally had hex-head solid pivot bolts. Years ago, when I put trick black bolts in a NR derailleur, I gave the Rally a cosmetic upgrade with the original NR bolts. For mine, the bolts were interchangeable.
