It's interesting, the components scream "early 70's", but the frame looks late 70's (bottle bosses and braze-on shifters, but clamp-on rear brake guides).

It could be a "club racer" model (lower-end racing version), a bike build up (bare frame with left-over components), or a previous owner swapped components from other bikes. What is the crankset?

What's the decal below the seat lug say? (starts with a "T"). I would guess straight gauge tubing.
