I hope so too! I feel for you, having recently been a victim of the same mentality.

A few weeks back somebody publicly whined on one of the lists I'm on that this page was "worthless: because he had found an error in one of the listings. Did he say which listing and offer anything constructive? Nooooooo! Just wanted to kvetch.
We just have to do the best we can with what we have.
