"Campagnolo bicycles" appear from time to time in the german eBay too. Usually I ask the sellers how they know that their bike is made by Campagnolo. In all cases they just have bikes/frames with missing frame builder decals but a Campagnolo sticker somewhere at the frame (usually the yellow/blue oval one) and/or the CAMPAGNOLO engravings at the fork ends. Sometimes a Cinelli stem is enough to offer an unlabeled bike as genuine "Cinelli".
