Don't you always notify successful bidders of how much they owe you and where to send it? Is this what you're calling a "bill"?

I sold a book on Italian bikes and parts to "kauzo" a few years ago. He sent *cash* in a timely manner and I assure you he is very human. I'll have had numerous cordial emails with him since, and he is far from a machine (a dentist, actually). I wouldn't worry about being promptly paid.
