Does anyone have a plastic simplex derailleur for a gaspipe Jenuet?

It's not mine, but the sentimental property of a customer of ours. I think between the brand new alloy wheels and the complete overhaul from the ground up, it never worked this well new.

Don't ask what it's owner paid for all this service, but lets just say I could have gotten him into a high end hybrid for the total bill. He was thrilled though, and heck - as long as he is happy, I am too.

The piece de resistance, was that I suggested the Jenuet owner purchase our lone Brooks saddle as a replacement for the Huffy seat someone had carelessly installed on it. His eyes lit up and he left with Brooks on post and Proofide in hand. I know it's not "proper" but it looks better than the Western-themed Huffy seat.

Now I need to find him a "bonnet" and a Simplex derailleur to complete his bicycle properly. The Shimano 201 front derailleur really does not work properly due to the "Q" factor of that cottered crankset.

Please email me if you have one!

Thanks
