This was the Cinelli "Colorado Limited Edition" stem and bar. It was made for the Colorado Springs World Championships in 1986. The bar and stem came in a nice black nylon, yellow zippered bag (small duffel style) with the Colorado Worlds logo silkscreened in white.

I think I remember these on the neutral support bikes, blue Eddy Merckxs. Anyone else remember this?
