The Hill & Moffat Company built the Fowler in Chicago, Illinois in the late 1800's. A few weeks ago I purchased a restored 1894-95 FOWLER, near Des Moines, Iowa. The bike is in fantastic condition but missing some of it's parts. can anyone help me locate a headbadge, drop handlebars and stem. If you would like to see the FOWLER, there is a wonderful "board track racer" at the Bicycle Museum of America, http://www.bicyclemuseum.com/Html/bike1.html .
