I've got one of those on my (*Merckx-ish paintjob) Landshark, and I think it looks rather spiff. And as far as I could tell Eddy rode a silver Cinelli stem back then, so I do too.

They originally came with plastic pin-up girls that snapped onto the top of the stem. The story I heard was that they were originally made just for Super Mario to inspire him to victory and its earthly rewards.

Downside is the fasteners aren't stainless and have rusted. Going to get some stainless metric bolts for it when I rebuild the bike this spring.
