I doubt it, Richard Schwinn is alive and well, selling lots of good honest bikes. Some how this relates to the whose workshop thread. If there is a Schwinn in charge, they're Schwinn bikes, what the bike says on the downtube doesn't matter. Tho' a polished stainless lugged RS-22, really should say Paramount on it.
