Subject: [CR]Pogliaghi Integrity or lack of?

I have one of these slapped on name from nowhere somewhere 'Pogliaghi' frames. With fast back seat stays as well, imagine the nerve!. After the below post, I checked it out for it's ambiguity, even turned it upside down and stuck my finger into the tubes. It's smoother than the DeRosa inside, appears to have clean welds, so nope, not in there either. The decals are on straight, where can that lack of integrity be hiding? There is even a number and date, to verify when the falsehood was perpetrated.
