Morgan, This looks like a '61 Raid Export or Juy '61 .... If I wasn't in pain from a slightly over 5 hour century (not on a bike of our current time line) today I'd trundle out to the garage and check the Simplex adverts in the 1961/1962/1963 Cycling Magazines I have hidden away :^)
