A friend of mine wants that special all Campy NR/SR bike he never had in the early 1980's. He's bought up all NOS parts and is having Mercian build him a Vincitore model with 126 rear spacing. They still use the same decals as in the early 1980's (except new style tubing decal), frames are built in the same shop, same materials, same paint, etc. So, it this a reissue, reproduction, or what? Not sure myself.
