I'd be happy to argue the point - off list - that "ridiculous emanations" aren't exactly localized to Sacramento per se (a really nice town for year-round bicycling btw, primarily due to the 30+ miles of the non-automobile American River trail, which route travels from practically downtown to the foothills in Folsom).

But thank you for your understanding & forgiveness for my glaring non-PC utterance, justly proffered in a fit of pique over a perceptual difference of what constitutes physical abnormalities in US bidders ...I resorted to cultural crudities, alas (although Al Bundy would surely have approved, neh?).
