My feeling is that the new Richard Sachs frame would have more monetary value and more mojo because of Richard's gain in experience and knowledge, plus the fact that he is the one that is still making them. Both frames would be collectable but I would want the new one also for that JB paint job.

Carrol Shelby built all these new found chassis and parts in the 60s to qualify his race cars in production racing so he could go after Ferrari. Now he can finish them and they are registered as cars made in the 60s -cool.
