Another sale for a friend, I'm not making a dime on it.

The wheels are very nice high flange hubs (36) laced to silver Super Champion Gentleman? rims with a red oval label, that reads "Super Champion, Made in France". Spokes are 14 gauge stainless, 4 cross. SunTour ProComp14-32 freewheel. Brand new ISO TECH 3 700 x 28 rated at 100psi. Presta valve tubes. The rims are perfectly straight, the freewheel is nothing special.

Brakes are centerpull with original pads showing very little wear. There is some scuffing on the levers, only one hood and it's toast. Usable black cables.

The front derailleur is generally excellent with the usual cage rub marks. The thick washer at the cable clamp is the only part with rust. The Crane rear derailleur is excellent, with very little wear on the original pulleys. It doesn't have the correct nut for the cable clamp, but is otherwise complete. The friction shift levers are excellent.

The BB axle shows track marks and is fully usable. The BSC cups appear the same. You will need 1/4" balls. The cranks are 170, have some marks, but are good condition. It looks like at one time, the chain dropped off the outside of the big ring and fell to the spider. The 52 x 39 rings have some chain marks. The big ring shows very little wear on the tooth profiles, the 39 has some wear and looks like it could be rotated. Kyokuto PRO ACE pedals (Campy copy) have excellent chrome, except for a little scuffing on the outer quill.

Sakae Custom Road Champion bars and SR forged stem about 9cm, both very good.

$300 plus shipping for the whole kit and caboodle.
