well, i dont think im going to be much help in identification, but i wanted to toss out an idea that i had, once when i had a "mystery frame" of my own that i was going to build up and home-repaint... was going to paint it entirely with chalkboard paint, and every day (or whenever it needed changing) write a new name on the downtube in chalk - something italian-esque - "cappucino" or "prosciutto"... in my best scripty handwriting... howd you like to ride a nice, handbuilt foccaccia? :) anyhow, i thought id put my highly creative idea out for general consumption, as ive never used it myself :)
