This may be a fool's errand, but I'll ask:

Do any of you have a working Simplex JUY 61 rear derailleur and/or a Simplex LJ-23 front derailleur you'd sell me?

If not, do you have Simplex derailleurs (and shifters) from about the same time that look something like the ones I'm requesting?

I'm also looking for roughly period-correct high-flange hubs or wheels, shifters, a stronglight 49d french-thread crankset, bars and stem for this frameset:

Apparently the correct hubs for this bike would have been Simplex (?) Juy as well. I'm not trying to do a perfect restoration, just want to put roughly the right parts on it while not spending much money and make it rideable.

Who was Lucien Juy, and why are these parts named after him? Did he own or start Simplex? That's what this seems to say:
