Hi Rolf, The lugs you show are Haden blanks used for custom carving. Haden Brothers Ltd had been manufacturing lugs since 1869 out of Birmingham, England. They made a wide variety of lugs, both stamped and investment caste along with bottom brackets and crowns. Unfortunately, I believe that they have gone out of business a number of years ago, but I'm not positive about it. I know that you can still buy those same lugs from frame supply houses, but they are limited. Some of their finer stamped lugs can be found on Mezzatesta frames, Merz frames, as well as a number of other well known American builders. I don't know about any Australian builders that have or had used them. The picture of the frame you submitted looks like it's been made with Haden blanks. Quite nice. I'm attaching a picture of one of my frames on which I used the Haden lugs. Hope I helped.
