Hi, when posting about Tofu tyres, are you talking about the fat cyclo cross version with diamond tread? I got a pair of red sidewalled ones, and they look rather nice on the wood sprints of a pre-WWII racer. Small problem is the vulcanized sticker saying Tofu, but it is only very small. A friend who knows the German importer remarked that if enough people came together, Tofu will be prepared to make a special series in black without the stickers.
One thing, though - is not Tofu made from soy beans? That counts the possibility of gastronomical recycling out, at least for me. Or would you eat a tyre made from genetically engineered material?
