Brian,

Way different weather up here today. Sunny with large clouds rolling around. NO rain. Not even close. I rode the San Gabriel river and the Rio Hondo river (I guess that is a little redundent Rio/river?) bike paths.

Temp was between 58 and 60.

Fixed gear and 55 miles today. The path is unbelievable; saw maybe 6 riders in 30 miles? Saw a red tailed Hawk, three Egrets (really large) like a Heron, a flock of 75 crows lining the path. The thing is smoooooth, swepted, painted center line and shoulder; SWANK.

37.5 miles from where Hwy. 39 goes into the San Gabriels above Azusa down to Seal Beach and that Cafe on the beach and NO ONE RIDES IT !!!

They run a mini-street sweeper on it all the time!

"Nobody walks in L.A." (or rides)
