re ken: i know full well about all the offlist antics, the 'alleged' as well as the 'founded'. FULL well. as it goes, and i suppose i have been wrong to do so..., i have tried to view the list-dale's world-as a seperate entity. as i wrote 90 minutes ago, none of us lead offlist lives that are beyond scrutiny. ken was invited back onlist by dale, and in my opinion, that represented a fresh start. okay-from the past week's events, i see that i was wearing rose colored glasses. i don't condone ken's offlist choices anymore than i condone the actions that caused his departure this week. nor do i condone anyone's offlist 'questionable' behavior, because, simply put, it <IS> offlist. i am not above all this and i certainly have traits that are less than becomming. if need be, i exercize those traits elsewhere rather than on ther CR list. from my vantage point, this week some listees decided that past events, even some 'alleged events', are fair game to summon up even tho they were not actions which occurred the CR list , nor did they affected life on the CR list.
now-i want to add this...
i stand by my comments regarding this entire affair. it was not my
intent to alienate or 'broadstroke' anyone just because they don't
agree with my points of view. i am sorry if anyone has taken my
opinions personally.
