The more things change, on some bikes at least, the more they stay the same:
Tuning and lubing the Tommasinin just now, and putting it in its stand here in my home office, I noticed the bar end plugs,. (They are in great shape, but one has a minor abrasion on the chrome, so if anyone has some, please let me know as I would like to replace this one, minor point, I admit, but I am anal.) The Tommasini logos are here too. Nice little touch, which is repeated on my current model Colnago Master X-Light, which also has the Colnago name and logo in its bar end plugs.
Italian is Italian is Italian, and some things never change over the course of the decades.
