I checked my Schwinn archives and according to the consumer catalogs fro 73
and 74, the change to the Schwinn Approved Le Tour (Shimano Crane) was made
in 74.
However, that being said, a running change could have taken place during 73,
and a later production 73 P15 could have come with a Le Tour derailleur.
