I have seen a few Goëland bikes. One is shown in the latest Rivendell Reader (No. 28). Very, very nice frame workmanship. The lower price was due to cheaper components being used. Definitely underrated bikes.

Vintage Bicycle Quarterly 3 will feature Rebour drawings of two Goëland trailers (and several others from the late 1940s/50s), including a most delightful child trailer. Any chance we can publish that catalog in VBQ, Martin?
