I would like to add a few comments to Felix's ride report. the Bob Jackson that John was riding was a new bike, built with modern Reynolds tubing, BUT with a complete Nervex Pro lug set. Two shades of blue with mid length chrome on the stays and forks, a beautiful bike!

Dennis Stone in Alameda, has had a few of these built lately and equipped them with Campagnolo NR equipment, very nice new "vintage" bikes.

As for Brads early 70's Masi, the first time we saw the frame it had been repainted by previous owner and except for the fact that it was an early California Masi, with a twin plate fork crown, it wasn't very exciting. Ed Litton repainted it, and its obvious he's a highly skilled artist.

Some of us in the Group believe in the Holy Trinity. Cinelli, Bianchi and Masi. In no particular order, and thanks to the efforts of our good friend and neighbor, Jan Johnson, we can wear the appropriate jersey with our vintage bikes.
