It was good that those cages were replaceable, as they were on the weaker
side of the scale and tended to deform,whether used by a larger, sloppier
rider with crooked cleats or at the slightest spill. We still have a few
cages in the package that we will use 'one of these days' as replacements.
We still have and use the tire covers and also bought a set of their 4-place racing rollers and clock that were $2k in 1980.
