We never did figure out what this is, but it's now for sale as my friend Nick has realized it's too big for him.

http://www.birfield.com/~morgan/images/bikes/nicks_track_bike/

73° seat and head angles 60cm c-c seat tube 57.5cm c-c top tube 23cm bb to floor with 0psi in the tires (700c fiamme red label rims and flat sewups) 5.5cm rake 103cm wheelbase with rear axle in middle of drop-out, would be 101cm if rear axle pushed all the way forward 182mm head tube ~215mm steerer

Comes with one NOS Clement Criterium spare. Fiamme rims, RFG front hub, no-name "Made in Italy" rear hub, I think 18t cog, fairly rotten clement sew-ups. One holds air. The bike's not here, but I think it's got Mavic cranks. Nick's been riding it with some new flip-flop wheels, but it's for sale with the original wheels. Frame appears to be from well within the CR timeframe. The parts seem to be a rag-tag assortment, sufficient to get it on the road. Nick got a brakeset of some sort with the bike, and that would go with the bike too.

Price is $250. Questions / offers to Nick Demarest <nickandjen@hotmail.com>. Nick is also looking for some modern Campy parts, so a trade might work for him.
