Use as is unless the rear cogs are worn. Then, if they skip, you must either get a replacement Helicomatic cogset or ditch the rear hub. The tool alone is hard to get. Rear cogsets are available on Ebay from time to time. Finding the tool to replace is the hard part. Hit up some LBS and see if they have the tool buried somewhere. This is rare too! Good luck!

The front hub is like any other, use and you will like.
