once i got 'up to speed' with my skills and intuition, i believed that the amount of extra work needed to draw braze material into all the nook/crannies and the sheer extra time it took to finesse the molten braze to 'conform' to these lug details... would also negate any gains added by doing that perceived 'stress-relieving' thang!!

that is, the concept makes sense. but, in reality i think it's unfounded. so-shoot me, huh! e-RICHIE chester, ct

I don't know if one design is better than another from a stress-relieving point of view but didn't Jack Denny of Hetchins fame once say something about a series of jagged cuts with a hacksaw being just as good as an elaborate pattern?
