For what it's worth, my 1961 Paramount came with:
Campagnolo Record large flange hubs Campag Record crankset 151 BCD 52/47 half step. Campag Gran Sport derailers Campag seat post Weinmann centerpull brakes Titan bars and stem Brooks B15 saddle, or maybe B17 on Campagnolo seatpost. Weinmann tubular rims (no wood filled)
