Memories! Well being a kid and walking into officer quarters in Pearl harbor for a hair cut was a major blast, of course I got the flat top. Having lunch with all the brass in the Officers mess looking over Pearl, now that was very cool as well. I remember him getting questioned by the shore patrol what were we doing there? He said he was a good friend of the Admiral and he said it was OK for us to be there. ''Grand dad!'' was only a civil servent. On that day or another I remember seeing a orange Flandria on the back end of an officers car and I said I'd like to have one of those...............I think I was 8 or 9 when I cought this bike thing bug.

Watching him roll over 28K on the crap table was another to remember. House limit was 15, a look from the floor boss and the roll was on. Numbers came up sweet, tossing $ 100 chips at a few onlookers. And yes, I got mine.

Hey! There is some on topic of this post the bike on the officers car.

BC Baron Corpuz..........And the gang Renaissance cycles, Eindhoven Holland.

I'm sure I speak for the list in extending our condolences to you and your family in this time of sadness. I hope you have many fond memories of your grandfather, and that his passing was easy. We look forward to seeing you again when you can return to our fellowship.
